Admissions

In line with our philosophy, the school is open to applications from all pupils.

After your initial enquiry, you will be invited in to meet with one of the Senior Staff. This is usually our Admissions Officer or the Principal and/or Head of Primary. The decision is based on language and ensuring the best possible communications with our potential students and parents. The interview will cover the programmes offered, examinations, after school activities and other non-academic options available to our students. There is usually, during term time, the opportunity to tour the school and look in on a number of lessons.

Following from this you would complete:

• An application form
• A medical form
• Tests in English and Mathematics and, for Bilingual students, a test in Ukrainian

Students are welcome to apply to the year group suitable for their age. We do reserve the right to recommend a different year group based on a number of factors which may reference previous academic ability. Placing a student in an examination group when s/he has not studied that subject before may well be detrimental to the student’s academic progress.
